Service Contracts

Our biomass boiler service contracts are tailored to the boiler type, operational hours and fuel type.

We have proven that the costs of our servicing are recovered by the improved efficiencies and extended lifetimes of boiler parts.

No contract has the same requirements, however, examples of what can be expected from Standard to Comprehensive service level contracts are given in the two examples below:

‘Standard’ Service Contract

  • 2 x service visits per annum
  • Phone support and diagnosis 8:30 til 17:30 Monday to Friday
  • Call out response within 24 hours of call (engineer call out charged as extra)
  • 5% discount on most boiler spare parts

 

‘Comprehensive’ Service Contract

  • 4 x service and preventative maintenance visits per annum
  • Extended parts warranty
  • 24/7 phone support diagnosis
  • Inclusive call out response within 4 hours of call 9am to 5pm
  • Daily remote monitoring
  • Annual performance reporting
  • Annual meter accuracy testing
  • 10% discount on most boiler spare parts
