Monitoring and Response
Bioman Services Ltd have a support desk provides remote monitoring of biomass and full heat distribution systems. Our monitoring service uses our in house monitoring systems which allow us monitor all parts of a system as well as connecting in to biomass boiler proprietary controls and remote monitoring packages.
24/7 alarm monitoring support is provided using our own GSM and cloud based server system to register analyse and send biomass boiler faults, low system temperatures, low fuel levels, pressure problems to our engineers and direct to clients.
On receipt of alarms our engineers can access the individual biomass boiler schemes remotely which allows us to identify the cause of the fault and arrange for appropriate actions to ensure maximum up time of boiler schemes without the client incurring the high costs of unnecessary call out fees.
Our monitoring service includes daily monitoring, monthly system operation analysis and quarterly performance reporting.
